Benefity zajímavé, stravenky, slevy, multisport karta, ale neumí ocenit dobře lidi, bohužel si jich neváží, a vedoucí může dělat kdekdo, pak to tak dopadá:)
Skupinkovani na určitých oddělení, ten je lepší, ten je horší.. záleží na vedoucím, který pak vše určuje, i atmosféru v týmu, apod., bohužel

Peníze včas a dobrá domluva co se týká nahrazení chybějící smeny např.
Neváží si HPP Zaměstnanců, vedro na pracovišti v letních měsících.

Firemní bus zdarma; plně hrazené stravenky; 2 dny zdravotníáho volna a možnost vydělat si víc díky šikovnosti a přesčasům hodnotím kladně.
Celkově by se měl změnit přístup vedení k práci jako takové. Tím, že zavřu oči problémy nezmizí…

Flexibilita,kolektiv,prostory,prácovní náplň.
Firma by si mohla více vážit stálých a dlouhodobých zaměstancu. Je zde i velký gap mezi platy žen a mužů
