rozhodne otevrenejsi primejsi jednani se zamestnanci, zadne zakulisni hry a utajovane informace, bez kterych ale nemohou zamestnanci fungovat. mala spoluprace mezi jednotlivymi castmi (marketing, zakaznicka pece, IT...)

bonusy za vánoční směny - byl jsem brigádník

méně buzerovat zaměstnance (kamery, kontroly při odchodu, nízký plat,..), chtělo by to zvýšit plat

Někdy mě štve komunikace mezi odděleními ale to je dáno velikostí firmy.
