Najviac som spokojný s možnosťou rozvíjať sa, učiť sa nové veci a rásť spolu s firmou. Z benefitov by som najviac vyzdvihol možnosť home office, zamestnanecké zľavy a pravidelné teamové akcie.
So súčasným rastom sa vyskytujúca chybovosť / nefunkčnosť procesov, občasné pracovné vyťaženie a situácie ktoré ťa dostanú pod zbytočný tlak.

S nadrizenym se dalo mnohdy domluvit, byl tam celkem lidsky pristup i kdyz nekdy nechteli chapat banality jako "musim na vysetreni, ktere mam objednane uz 3 mesice" atp., jinak tam byl ale celkem kamaradsky pristup
Prehazovani z oddeleni na oddeleni, pozde hlaseny prescasy, v den kdy mel prescas byt k nam dosli 2 hodiny predem ze je narizeny povinny prescas na ktery, kdyz neprijdeme, prijdeme o 3 000 Kc, jako srazku z osobniho ohodnoceni. Ne na jednom oddeleni kontrolovali jak dlouho jsme na WC. Vsude kontrolovali kamery, ktere jsme meli neustale vsichni nad sebou, jak u pracovniho mista tak vsude po skladu a kdyz jste se na chvili s nekym zabavili, casto z toho byl pruser. Dalsim velkym problemem byly absolutne nesplnitelne normy, ktere po nas chteli. Mnohdy byl zazrak stacit si odskocit na WC aby nam nespadla norma.

Na mojí pozici musím říct klid člověk si hlavně musel udělat co má
Pracovní doba, práce úklidu dlouho nevydrží tak se s tím musí člověk smířit
