Firma staví na svobodě, volnosti a vzájemné důvěře a zodpovědnosti, což je pro mě velmi důležité. Líbí se mi, že firma ví, jaké má slabé stránky a pracuje na tom. Nejvíce si cením toho, že tu lze snadno skloubit pracovní a osobní život.
Je tu hodně místa pro zlepšení, ale firma na tom pracuje - např. na nových benefitech.

Firemní kultura, teambuildingy a benefity
Nelíbí se mi, jak se jedná s lidmi, kteří odchází. I přesto, že byl člověk v práci spokojený, nemá pak chuť společnost dále doporučit.

Ve Fragile mě nechali kariérně růst a dali mi důvěru ve vedení týmu. Primární pro mě je, že pracuji s odborníky v našem oboru, rozvíjíme online marketing a umíme vytvořit velmi kvalitní strategie pro své klienty. Za sebe kvituji neomezený HO, případný remote, kdy mohu pracovat třeba krátkodobě ze zahraničí. Co se týče kolegů, máme zdravé pracovní prostředí a řešíme vše konstruktivními feedbacky, což posiluje naši vzájemnou důvěru.

Kolektiv a důvěra uvnitř týmu. Určitá volnost ale s tím související zodpovědnost za práci. Je to zkrátka fér a založené na vzájemné důvěře. Vysoká kvalita a knowledge.
