Flexibilita, home office jak potřebuji, super kolektiv, zajímavé projekty.
Chtělo by to lepší kanceláře vzhledem k růstu firmy.

flexibilní pracovní doba, atmosféra, spousta benefitů, svobodná firma, transparentnost a otevřenost, možnost růstu a ovlivňování dalšího vývoje firmy
Myslím, že vždy je prostor pro ještě lepší vyladění komunikace mezi kolegy.

HO kdykoliv potřebuju (pokud se to samozřejmě nekříží se schůzkou u klienta). benefity - vzdělávací roční budget, sleva na výběrovou kávu na doma (káva ale jinak v kanclu teče proudem z budgetu firmy :), příspěvek na MHD, multisportka dobrá dostupnost MHD, poměrně dost vyskillený kolegové, kteří vám poradí a nasměrují vás, když potřebujete
- platové ohodnocení je nižší, - v některých týmech to občas trochu dře (většinou pomůže si to vykomunikovat), - skoro na všechno se dělá prezentace - občas se řeší zbytečné detaily, děláme cally a syncy navíc, čímž snižujeme efektivitu, která se ale po nás chce vylepšit
