Kolektiv a důvěra uvnitř týmu. Určitá volnost ale s tím související zodpovědnost za práci. Je to zkrátka fér a založené na vzájemné důvěře. Vysoká kvalita a knowledge.

Líbí se mi flexibilita/svoboda, kterou firma nabízí a to, jak stále dáváme příležitost všem, aby se mohli vyjádřit k vývoji firmy, svému vlastnímu developmentu a něco ovlivnit svým pohledem na věc, pokud to dává smysl. Vyhovuje mi kombinace lidskosti & profesionality, jak firmě i přes velký růst stále záleží na hodnotách firmy.
Ještě je prostor na vyladění procesů s nárůstem ve větší agenturu, ale vím, že se na tom pracuje.

Oceňuji hromadu benefitů ve formě 25 dnů dovolené, home office, sice days, částečně hrazená multisportka, částečně hrazená Lítačka, poměrně časté teambuildingy, občerstvení v kanceláři a občasné zaměstnavatelem hrazené obědy. Určitě oceňuji i mladý kolektiv, příjemné kancelářské prostory a nové pracovní vybavení.

- Profesionalita kolegů - Zásoba kávy! :D - Fajn dobrůtky v ledničce po celý týden - Super klienti (vždy se najde vyjímka, ale ve většině případech jsou super - jak povahově, tak z pohledu pestrosti oborů) - Fajn onboarding systém - Interní systém a pravidla! Ve všem je pořádek - Fér přístup k zaměstnancům - Podpora work-life balance - potřebuješ HO? Není problém, jen si udělej svou práci, co máš. - Neformální prostředí - vykání a dresscode? Neznáme :) - Milé HR oddělení
