Benefity jsou nastavené podle potřeb lidí ve firmě. Firma je neuvěřitelně flexibilní a vychází všem vstříc i v nestandardních situacích/požadavcích. Nejsou tu žádné intriky ani politika, lidi si pomáhají a pracují jako tým.
Ne každému vyhovuje mít tolik flexibility, protože s ní zároveň ruku v ruce jde i zodpovědnost.

Relativne mlada agentura, spoustu svobody, ale i zodpovednosti. Prosel jsem vicero agentur, ale tady je to fakt ok
Občas chaos ve vecech, ale jaky si to udelas, takovy to mas 😉 vse souvisi se poskytovanou svobodou

nikdo se na nic nehraje, zmeny se daji protlacit i zespodu, mgmt nema daleko od specialistu a da se rict, ze si vzajemne rozumeji
absence procesu, ktere by dokazaly zamezit obcasnym nedorozumenim

skvělé benefity osobní přístup možnost kariérního vzdělání jazykové kurzy příspěvky na školení
občas příliš vysoká preciznost a zaměření na nejmenší detaily s klienty. Což je ale dobře. Děláme svoji práci zodpovědně.
