Pružná pracovní doba, firemní akce (teambuilding, večírky, ovoce), neformální a přátelské pracovní prostředí, pět týdnů dovolené a plně hrazené stravenky.

Jako nováček jsem dostal nízkou nástupní mzdu, která mi zatím nebyla zvýšena. Zaměstnavatel nedává žádné prémie či 13. plat, který je ve firmě tabu.

Všichni tu jsme mladí, ale nemáme problém se staršími lidmi, kteří nás obohacují.

Jobs fit for working parents

40% z týdne pracovní doby home office - sice benefit, ale vždy se musí žádat a vedoucí nebo teamleader musí HO povolit.. pracovní náplň je možno rozložit a tím pádem není potřeba přesčasů

budova i kanceláře v centru Liberce po rekonstrukci, příjemné rodinné prostředí i když se jedná o open space kanceláře

Ve všech ohledech se jedná o zaměstnavatele budoucnosti. Jak benefitama, tak i přístupem k lidem a poskytnutym zázemím a technikou. Vše na špičkové úrovni. K tomu lokalita firmy v centru města je také skvělá.

Zařídit ve firmě větší škálu pozic.

The most Satisfied with Knorr- Bremse is my team. As a foreigner i am happy to work with my team they are kind, helpful and friendly. I have also an opportunity to learn new things

We have such a good teams where people cooperate together and you always have a feeling that you can rely on someone. I also appreciate the option for a growth - you have unlimited options to apply for positions you're interested in, which can be a good motivation for someone who seeks for challanges and wants to extend the knowledge or try something new.

Improvements and decisions may take a while to be implemented which may be frustrating, especially if you see that something doesn't work properly. Sometimes we also miss the support for these improvements.
