Velmi oceňuji vnitřní přátelskou kulturu na svém oddělení. Přístupy kolegů a ochotu sdílet vědomosti s ostatními, toto prostředí mě profesně posouvá výše. Ohledně využití svých znalostí se cítím dobře, přestože jsem zde krátkou dobu a nemám dlouhodobý náhled jak na náplň své práce, tak na vizi do budoucna.

working from home is quite a serious benefit in KBSE, salaries are a bit above the average but the quality of work-life is extraordinary high.

too much "Business Service", very few or limited possibility to build it up your ideas without going thru frustrating processes till the mother company. Very weak decision makers here. However, if you are looking for a stable and static job...this is a wonderful place!

Nic zásadního. Je vidět, že se firma snaží a investuje do svých lidí.

Možnost Home-Office 60% za měsíc -> tzn. min. 8 dní v officu moderní kanceláře časová flexibilita - přizpůsobím si práci svým potřebám Osobní rozvoj zaměstnanců Kanceláře jsou v centru Počet a kvalita benefitů - ve srovnání s ostatními firmami v regionu je to neskutečné množství. - po 5 letech ve firmě další 3 dny dovolené navíc (takže celkem 28 dní) - extra volno pro rodiče, kteří vedou prvňáčka do školy - plně hrazené stravenky v hodnotě 130 Kč - služební telefon, bezdratová klávecnice s myší, ntb a 2 monitory v základu - Proplacená dobrovolnická činnost - Teambuildingy - Večírky (vánoční, halloweenský, letní) - zmrzlinové dny - přijede k nám Leda a na recepci vydává zmrzlinu (kolik chceme) - atd.

Hodně velká korporátnost - to je ale spíše nastavení převzaté od mateřské firmy. IT by se rozhodně mohlo zlepšit.

I really appreciate my team, which supports me even in difficult moments and always helps. I like how Knorr takes care of its employees and always tries to come up with new technologies that would make work easier and thus improve the employee experience.
