I appreciate global and developing projects at KB - it's never boring here. One can always learn something new, take part in some new activity in parallel with main work, collaborate with colleagues from foreign locations and share knowledge. There are lot's of benefits, for example, Multisport and Sodexo cards, home-office, monthly bonuses. I value international atmosphere and diversity, and maybe the best thing is that company supports proactive independence, when people decide by themselves, how they achieve exact aim, which steps they will do while performing tasks.

Opportunity to learn new things

Lots of projects and interaction with international colleagues, locations + new IT tools + trainings online and offline.

Jobs fit for working parents

Company provides some flexibility with work hours, and a lot of home-office, so work-life balance here is quite good. There are some other benefits, like cheaper tickets to the Zoo, winter events for children, kids friendly office, etc.

The most Satisfied with Knorr- Bremse is my team. As a foreigner i am happy to work with my team they are kind, helpful and friendly. I have also an opportunity to learn new things

We have such a good teams where people cooperate together and you always have a feeling that you can rely on someone. I also appreciate the option for a growth - you have unlimited options to apply for positions you're interested in, which can be a good motivation for someone who seeks for challanges and wants to extend the knowledge or try something new.

Improvements and decisions may take a while to be implemented which may be frustrating, especially if you see that something doesn't work properly. Sometimes we also miss the support for these improvements.
