Since the moment I joined Knorr Bremse, everyone welcomed me with open arms and kindness. The co-workers are always nice and helpful with each other which makes the atmosphere very warm and friendly.

Oceňuji možnost práce z domova, což mi umožňuje skloubení profesního a soukromého života. Společnost je také dog-friendly a otevřená různým národnostem. Multikulturní prostředí je podnětné. Práce je v čistém, útulném prostředí, i přesto, že je prostor řešen jako open-space. V každém případě je možnost si najít vhodné místo pro práci v klidu - například mini zasedacími místnostmi, lounge oddělením atd.
Nepracuji zde natolik dlouho, abych mohla vidět do všech detailů. Nicméně, v podstatě jsou problémy jako v každém korporátu, je potřeba si zvyknout na zdlouhavost některých procesů a schvalovacích aktivit.

Velmi dobré upotřebení jazykových znalostí, milý kolektiv, možnost pracovního růstu a interního vzdělávání, příjemné moderní prostředí a 60% HO jako standard.
Mohlo by se více dbát na dostatek kapacity zaměstnanců.

Work/life balance je pro mě nejdůležitější a to KB nabízí
Dlouhé čekání na odpovědi, spolupráce s některými kolegy je těžká, tudíž nemohu dokončit své úkoly, někdy je moc práce, tudíž mám hodně přesčasů, které si nestíhám vybrat.

Firemní kultura je naprosto skvělá, důvěra, flexibilita pracovní doby - bez "píchaček", home office ve smlouvě
Občas problém s parkováním, protože firma se nachází v centru města, ale je tu možnost využívat parkování v Plaze (rezervační systém)
