I really appreciate my team, which supports me even in difficult moments and always helps. I like how Knorr takes care of its employees and always tries to come up with new technologies that would make work easier and thus improve the employee experience.

Multicultural environment, new challenges, business trips, new faces and ideas, diverse teams, interesting benefits, many lessons learned

Lack of authority of certain value streams with missing clear reporting lines. Sometimes missing support and respect towards Czech colleagues in German environment.

I appreciate the team and how respectfully and friendly colleagues communicate with each other and myself. I really like the way processes are organized within the department, so I always know what and how to do or when not - I can always ask. Flexible hybrid schedule is my favorite one :) And the office location is amazing.

I am very satisfied.
