Every company has the right to have its less strong points, and FTMO is no exception. The Semi-Flexible schedules, and the somewhat lack of better organization in certain events which can affect some departments in a "chain-effect", can be of general concern, but these are minor issues for now which experience will fix surely. :)

Inflation is creating financial problems for everyone, but it is fine. The more you are smart, the more you can do things better. FTMO is ok and doesn't have any bad sides, all good and I am satisfied.

No paid days off ( vacation ) for contract workers

I'd like to try myself out in other departments as well as I think it can be helpful to them and it'll be good to have experience in other fields as well. I noticed a lot of agents don't follow some standard protocols thus making solving tickets a bit complicated even when they are easy.
