FTMO breaks the rules of every company in how they treat their employees in the fairest, most honest, and most genuine way. They go far and beyond what anyone can expect to be treated, and I can only imagine what we will reach together. Count me in for the present and the future! :)
Every company has the right to have its less strong points, and FTMO is no exception. The Semi-Flexible schedules, and the somewhat lack of better organization in certain events which can affect some departments in a "chain-effect", can be of general concern, but these are minor issues for now which experience will fix surely. :)

The best company ever for me, good salary, and a perfect environment, we are a family and not a company, moreover, the results of the company itself are crazy. Love to stay here and I wish everyone to apply for us and work with all of us.
Inflation is creating financial problems for everyone, but it is fine. The more you are smart, the more you can do things better. FTMO is ok and doesn't have any bad sides, all good and I am satisfied.

I'd like to try myself out in other departments as well as I think it can be helpful to them and it'll be good to have experience in other fields as well. I noticed a lot of agents don't follow some standard protocols thus making solving tickets a bit complicated even when they are easy.
