At the moment, I am particularly satisfied with the dynamic work environment, the strong team spirit and the friendliness of my colleagues. The workload can sometimes be heavy, but it means that you never get bored. I also appreciate the level of trust and autonomy that we are granted.
As a new employee, it is too early to provide detailed feedback. Currently, I have no specific concerns, but I am focused on how the company supports professional development.

I feel most people working here are very supportive and try to cooperate towards set goals. Sometimes In retrospective, I wonder what kept me in previous job with a bit toxic company culture. FTMO has overall very friendly and cooperative atmosphere and I like that a lot.
Out objectives are always focused either on fixing existing problems in what we deliver, or adding new value to customers. That is also a big win, because there are no managers forcing their own ideas just out of pure ego. Everything is considered from the value it will bring towards customer in final product. This also helps in seeing your work come to life, as there are pretty much no dead-end or unproductive assignments!
Lastly, our management is quite straightforward when communicating with us and is open to ideas and feedback. This is also great!
So these three factors make FTMO a company I want to be part of and deliver our customers value through my work.
With how dynamic the company is, sometimes I feel there is never really room to stop and get rid of either technical debt or outgrown processes, or make documentation that is up to date. Both are handled when they are becoming an issue (which is way better than most companies do) but sometimes it would be useful to handle it sooner and in less ad-hoc way.
The bigger complaint comes from the dynamic changes as well, and that is that there are so many projects and so many objectives for each team, that we need to keep a lot of things in our heads (no time for larger documentation or schemas) and that takes its toll too. Mentally. Combine that with only the basic leave mandatory by law and you get sometimes frustration out of not progressing as fast as you think you need, but not having time to slow down to recuperate. Especially if you occasionally put in extra effort to finish a feature.
I love the environment; the colleagues are friendly and easy to approach. I love how colleagues are always there to help. I love the supervisors for appreciating my work. I also like the laptop that was provided to us because my personal laptop is very slow. I also like the QC call as it helps me to improve and correct the wrong things. I also like the discounts and the merchandise that was provided. When wearing them, I feel proud to be part of FTMO Team.
I think about like to have health card if in case there something happened.

I cannot say what I am most satisfied with, because there are a lot of factors that make me feel blessed to be part of FTMO.
For example: great relationship between co-workers and supervisors, grateful for being part of a company I admire and the #1 in the market, good salary, etc

-FTMO is a good company overall and I like it, however, although the job is remote, it does not offer flexible working hours at all, as stated in the job description. Schedules are strict and we have very short lunch break (30 mins) that makes me do my stuff under pressure.
Also working on weekends has become very frequent which affects social and family interactions
