I appreciate the friendly atmosphere that abounds in our offices. The environment we work in is functional and aesthetically pleasing. And FTMO management? Friendly, communicative, supportive of our growth and open to new ideas, which is something that you really appreciate when you are creative like me.

I like that when I have a QC Call they also include my good tickets and appreciate me for doing a great job. I appreciate it a lot that they provided me with a laptop as my old laptop is very slow. I like that they provide discounts to employee for the FTMO Challenge although I have not yet tried it but I will do it in the future. I also appreciate that they do free FTMO Challenge for employees and hope to see more contests for the employees. I appreciate that they provide training for different topics about Trading and help me develop my skills. I am also happy to work with my colleagues as they are friendly and easy to approach.
I would like to have an Health Card as it is important for me and my family if it can be included it is highly appreciated. Aside from that if also possible to get an Insurance which is also important. If we can also have stock options for employees like in other startup companies.

I appreciate that I can learn a lot of things through weekly meetings and trading training. By the QC calls bi-weekly and monthly test, I can find what point I can improve more and it makes me more motivated.
I would appreciate if we could know the operation roaster of the following month more early. At least one week before the end of every month.

I'm completely satisfied with the treat from the management team and the teamwork with my colleagues. They are all nice people and I'm pleased to work and spend time with them. From time to time I do experience difficulties and disappointments with my supervisor, however, this could be better with more communication and excepting personal differences between us. except for this that the environment in the office is comfortable and the benefits are satisfying.
In my opinion, there are not many things to improve. Only the air filtration could be checked due to some parts of the office don't have access to windows or we cannot open windows due to shared area. As well it would be amazing if maybe a ticket system for food could be considered. However, this is only an offer.

Obcas chybi komunikace ohledne zmen nebo jsme informovani az na posledni chvili. Bylo by fajn mit prehled o dlouhodobych cilech.
