I like the people which is what makes FTMO so great. The flexibility to work from home when something unexpected happens is also appreciated.
The salary seems to be low for such intense work without any significant break at all but for the 30 min, we have for lunch.

I appreciate the people the most, FTMO feels like a family to me. I love the fact that there is always something new to learn, the management sees your strong sides and can find a position that suits you the most.
I would improve the roster planning approach, so it would be based on the timezone of employee foremost, this will make people efficiency much higher.

FTMO je rodina, vše je velmi lidsky nastavené, bez korporátních návyků. Každému bych takového zaměstnavatele doporučil.
Trochu mi chybí občasné služební cesty, ale s tím jsem tuto nabídku přijmul, má pozice zkrátka není takto nastavená.
