I'm most satisfied with the community of people in the company and the spirit of it. The pace of growth is incredible, and it feels great to be part of it!
With fast growth, many new processes need to be in place. But it's being worked on!

Instant replies when I ask a question, when you ask something they help you without any problem. Haven't had any problem with any colleague and everyone helped me. Bit scared of people who work in other dpts.
Cannot argue about anything as of now. Just want to know previously if any layoff is in plan.

Friendly culture. There are no corporate machinations. Everybody is honest, fun and helpful.
There are problems as in any other company. But they are getting approached well and solved with no finger pointing or shaming.

The environment is very friendly, asking questions are encouraged, support can be given by anyone, with a kind and supportive attitude. The standard of the work is kept strictly and positively, make you want to improve yourself and the work itself
It would be great if contractors can have some benefits like employees, like paid leaves, health support

FTMO is an amazing company, and I am genuinely pleased with the environment and working conditions :) Furthermore, I am learning every day, and I have the opportunity to contribute value and be recognized for it!

I appreciate that the team is so friendly and that they will offer to help if there are any questions. The company's schedules are good, and if you need a change of day for any reason, they help you solve it. In short, there is a good atmosphere, the majority of employees are young, and there is very good communication with any member of the team if needed.
In general, at the moment, all the rules seem coherent to me. I would propose 1 thing, and that is to leave the option of taking a 1-hour break if needed and finishing your shift later, so as not to be so tight during the break.

I really love the work environment at FTMO. Everyone is super helpful and patient and overall it feels as if you were in a big family where we all have the same mission. Also, I love that this job offers great flexibility, and you get to explore a lot of different departments within the company and get familiar with all the procedures.
So far, satisfied with everything :)
