The only thing that could improve the work-life balance would be having more consistency in the way shifts are assigned, instead of having different weekend shifts/free weekdays each month

I would just like to suggest a more interactive platform for the training period for us to understand a little bit better our duties as customer service representatives.

Too early to not be satisfied with something

I don't have any, and I think there will be no such thing in the future because FTMO was too good and professional.

At FTMO, I am most satisfied with the dynamic and supportive work environment. The company fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous learning and improvement, which allows employees to thrive both personally and professionally. The open communication channels and the emphasis on teamwork make it easy to share ideas. Overall, I think that the positive work environment at FTMO is instrumental in driving our collective success and job satisfaction.

The only thing I want more is some benefits that employees working at the office are getting, like some paid leaves during a year for sick days or for family reasons. I would be grateful for one or two weeks paid leave.
