Too early to not be satisfied with something

I don't have any, and I think there will be no such thing in the future because FTMO was too good and professional.

At FTMO, I am most satisfied with the dynamic and supportive work environment. The open communication channels and the emphasis on teamwork make it easy to share ideas. Overall, I think that the positive work environment at FTMO is instrumental in driving our collective success and job satisfaction.

The only thing I want more is some benefits that employees working at the office are getting, like some paid leaves during a year for sick days or for family reasons. I would be grateful for one or two weeks paid leave.

With fast growth, many new processes need to be in place. But it's being worked on!

Cannot argue about anything as of now. Just want to know previously if any layoff is in plan.
