I'm really satisfied with the work environment. Even though it is a remote position, you can feel the identity of the company in every interaction. Making sure that you are in a stable role and allowing me to organize my personal and professional life.
I would just like to suggest a more interactive platform for the training period for us to understand a little bit better our duties as customer service representatives.
I appreciate my coworkers who are always pleased to help me and my supervisors for being so available to help and respond to our questions.

I love the friendly and open working environment here. Everyone is super nice and helpful. All questions are welcomed. My supervisors and Trainers are always make sure they can give me the best answers to my questions. The working condition are also clear and I feel like I can get the help I need to complete the work at anytime.
The only thing I want more is some benefits that employees working at the office are getting, like some paid leaves during a year for sick days or for family reasons. I would be grateful for one or two weeks paid leave.
