I'm very content about my whole experience since the beginning. I thought I had no chance getting in, but I took my chance anyway. Just as in trading, it's all about risk and reward, isn't it? The reward of getting in was way higher than the risk I was taking. Depending on how familiar you are with trading and the prop-firm world, there's quite a lot of information to receive, but nothing incredible. The people on the onboarding are very explicative and accessible when you have a question. And everything is very clearly explained. We immediately found ourselves incorporated as FTMO members. There's very easy access to all the possible information, and it was amazingly done. Despite being a remote agent, I feel like any other agent into the company as an individual. The whole team is great and very responsive for any kind of question, no matter which one is it, you will always receive an answer to your question or at least a good direction on how to get it. I can say that FTMO is the #1 in the prop industry, but also when working for them.

People here at FTMO are very supportive. We help each other. I have great workmates and a fantastic team leader. I love working here. We all work towards our goals, and we are going places. It's the best place to work!

Best i have ever worked. and you can offset your busy days with weekend or different shift, which I appreciate a lot. the work can be overwhelming sometimes and so much to catch up with if you are new but the team is super understanding
