Cením si toho, že AmRest má hezkou možnost kariérního rozvoje. Tento rozvoj je však často vykoupen neférovým jednáním a nedostatkem empatie ze strany nejvyššího managementu.
Kdyby se AmRest opravdu řídil Klíčovými hodnotami, kterými se neustále tak ohání, byl by jednoznačně Top zaměstnavatelem. Mám-li být trochu konkrétnější, tak zlepšení se týká zvýšení mezd zaměstnancům vč. managementu a eliminace naprosto nesmyslných a čím dál méně reálných požadavků kladených na jednotlivé restaurace aneb Všechno opravdu možné není.

Transparentní a férové jednání
Dřív řešit věci, kterou jsou nezbytné. Například zvýšení platů pro zaměstnance, které platí od 1.9.17 je super, ale mělo to přijít mnohem dřív. Byly bychom více konkurence schopní a nemuseli mít takové problémy se směnami. Teď doháníme konkurenci a musíme jim lidi přetahovat. Kdyby to bylo dřív, tak by nám hodně lidí neodešlo a neměli bychom tak vysokou fluktuaci.
