Líbí se mi, že firma AmRest je taková "rodinná firma". Snaží se pro nás vymýšlet pořád nějaké soutěže, brát naši praci jako zábavu. Pracuji v KFC a můj tým je pro mě jako druhá rodina.
Myslím si, že větší by mohly být větší platy - jak u nás manažerů , tak i u crew (ikdyž občas mi prijde ze crew mají stejnou výplatu jako já)

Toho, že mi jako mlaďasovi bez zkušeností dal příležitost se vypracovat. Dnes vedu jednu z nejziskovějších restaurací v regionu a starám se o tým skoro 80 lidí.
Častější kontakt TOP managementu s námi - lidmi na restauracích

Kariérní růst, důvěryhodnost, včasné vyplacení mzdy, přístup k zaměstnancům, benefity, férové jednání, ocenění za úspěchy, jedna velká rodina
Zanalyzovat mzdy, benefity pro zaměstnance (sport, maminky s dětmi...), trénink nových zaměstnanců ( zefektivnit, moc videí a strašná spousta informací během prvních třech dnu), uniforma (vousy, pracovní kalhoty - jsou teď hrozně, velikosti vůbec neodpovídají a zaměstnanci s velikostí 34/36/38 vypadají, jak když mají na sobě pytel)
