+ Recently renovated big offices in the very close canter of Brno, with Lidl, pharmacy and grocery store 2 min walk away. + coffee machine on every floor with free coffee for everyone, tea of any kind you can imagine, sport place, terrace, multicultural environment, and many inspiring people from who you can learn many new things + very good benefits, now I think one of not so many companies in Brno with per-day meal voucher of 180 CZK I believe the satisfaction of employees very depends on the department where you work. There are departments where the workload is higher, therefore employees can feel more stressed. On the other hand, there are departments where the workload is not so high, but the decisions you take while performing your job can be stressful...but if you find stress too stressful, you should rather plant potatoes somewhere and not work in finance :) However, I believe even when this is a typical corporate, in time we all see small steps towards employee satisfaction. + People can choose and migrate from one department to another if they fit the position and find it interesting, therefore I think there is enough space for hard-working and talented people to reach the position or job they desire. + HR department always set up the best teambuilding and parties, rowing, etc., even when they have 1 hour per day when you can come to their office to discuss things, at the end of the day they will never say no to anybody. I feel that here even when now we have 300+ employees they do their best to remember everybody, which you do not find in other SSC. - Overcomplicated structure caused by mergers with different internal settings and processes.

Opportunities for career advancement
This company offers many opportunities for people who would like to change job and move to another department within the company. When managers recognize employee as a hard-working and talented they sometimes even create a special role for you. But obviously this cant happen to everyone.

Jobs for people aged 50+
Director roles or senior roles are often covered with people over 50, as they have better knowledge of the business and have more experience. But I believe this company can offer also part time and junior jobs to people over 50.

Colleagues with international background, nice office.
HR team does not work well, the communication from their side is often unclear and rude. There is only one hour per day when you can reach them in the office. Huge fluctuation, low salary which depends more on the relationship with supervisors than on actual work performance. Employees are unhappy, stressed and overloaded with work. I do not recommend this employer.

Nice office. Close to the city center. Many career opportunities. Typical corporate atmosphere.
I do not recommend this company as this is a typical corporation with American leadership which causes lack of understanding of the cultural background in Brno and consequently unhappy employees. Workload is high due to lack of people because they will not hire more in order to save up so they rather have fewer people in the team who can do overtimes (sales coordinator positions). You are not paid for overtimes, if you say you have a lot of work, they say it is normal. High fluctuation of people because with that working conditions many people leave so it causes interuption of your own work and additional stress. Low salary and not many possibilities to get better one over time, people are very underpaid. They try to make it up with benefits which most companies offer nowadays. Lack of communication from the management. Ocasinally strange communication between HR and employees. In some teams, there are no flexible working hours. In some teams, leaving at 15:30 is not an option and you need to stay till 17:30 at least once a week.

There are many foreigners working there and therefore the main language is English, you are also in touch with customers and departments from all over the world.

It is a corporation in which there are plenty of opportunities to grow.

Fajn kolegove, dobra lokace v centru Brna, pohodovy pristup ze strany nadrizenych. Fajn benefity - sick days, volno na narozeniny, multisport karta atd. Mezinarodni kolektiv - spousta kolegu je z jinych zemi, a k tomu kazdy den komunikuji se zakazniky a lidmi v lokacich, takze skvele vuyziji jazyky. Pracovni doba je flexibilni a nepocita se na minuty, pokud je prace hotova tak neni problem napr. odejit o neco driv.
Korporat se vsim co k tomu patri. Open office a prosklena kuchynka neposkytuji moc soukromi ani klidu na praci. Komunikace ze strany HR a take mezinarodniho vedeni firmy by mohla byt lepsi.

Férové a přátelské pracovní prostředí. Rozličnost práce a příležitosti pro osobní růst. Každý člen týmu má příležitost se prosadit, přinést a řídit svůj projekt, silná podpora pro inovace a pro-aktivitu. Příležitosti pro cestování (mimo Covid krizi), podpora Home office a množství týmových akcí (mimo Covid)

Environment is very friendly, the collaboration with colleagues is very good, everyone is willing to help. I enjoy the international environment, as many of our team-mates come from different countries. Management is supportive and listen to our opinions if something works/doesn't work and we can also come with ideas for improvement. There is possibility of moving to different roles within Brno SSC if you are interested. Great benefits (sick days, Multisport/flexi pass, teambuildings, education contribution, possibility of home office, birthday leave).
