Denní využití cizích jazyků, flexibilní pracovní doba - i když už ne časové konto, kanceláře v centru města
Platový výměr, přístup personálního oddělení - neochota, nekompetence, případně chybějící pravomoce. Vysoká fluktuace, díky které se ztrácí znalost souvislostí, chaotické nedomyšlené změny procesů, nová struktura se středním managementem, který má vize top managerů a nulovou zkušenost s vedením lidí. Nabídka odborného růstu široká, ale spíš teoretická - na tuto práci ani není potřeba.

Naučila jsem se, ze ve vedoucích pozicích pracuji nekompetentní a zamindrákovani lidé. Kocourkov.

Jobs for people with no work experience
Rutinni práce, která nevyzaduje předchozí zkusenosti. Manazerska rozhodnuti a vedeni tymu je chaoticke, nesystemove, nelogicke. Nedoporucuji pro lidi starsi a zkusene. Museli by jit do konfliktu s nadrizenym. A tady bohužel vitezi jesitnost, nulova sebereflexe.
Work in a team of young people
Práce je rutinni e nevyzaduje vetsi premysleni, dobre pro nasbirani zkusenosti. Pro lidi zkusene a starsi je to malo. Ve vedoucich pozicich jsou lidsky nezrali lide, které starsi clovek nebude respektovat.

- zaujímavé benefity (kurzy, školenia, Sodexo pasy, Multisport karta...) - flexibilná pracovná doba - možnosť zúčastniť sa športových podujatí, dobrovoľnícke akcie...príspevky na charitu... - vo firme je priatelská atmosféra, vzťahy hodnotím pozitívne, ale všetko vždy závisí na ľuďoch samotných, na mojom oddeleni sa priami nadriadení správajú k svojim ľuďom veľmí slušne
Je tu veľké pracovné vyťaženie, čo je asi typické pre SSC. Zo strany manažmentu sa musia rešpektovať rozhodnutia, s ktorými človek nesúhlasí (organizačné, procesné..).

Nejvice si cenim individualniho pristupu, na vsem se da dohodnout. Kolegove jsou velmi ochotni pomoci, mam pocit, ze jsme ve firme na "jedne lodi" a neresi se ze nekdo z AP dela neco spatne nebo AR neco nedela a nebo GL otravuje. Neni zde "prehrsle" meetingu, vse ucelove, kratke...to je velka uspora casu.
Skok do prace byl tak trosku "hozeni do vody a plav", me tento pristup vyhovuje, muzu si na veci prijit a pak si je lepe pamatuju a rozumim, ale pro nekoho to muze byt problem. Informace se ke me dostavaci casto neoficialnim kanalem, komunikace z vedeni trosku vazne.

+People in the company +Our offices +Option to work from home (for those of us that don't want to see people every day :)) +Overall work flexibility because nobody cares if you finish a little bit early as long as the work gets done +Various roles available within finance department as a whole or just RTR team so you can switch roles when you get bored +Thank you notes :) +ACCA courses and other +Guest auditor program +Close cooperation with local finance teams abroad
-Feels like we grew too quickly and I don't even know most of the people in the company (also because of fluctuation in some teams) and of course Covid didn't help -Sometimes difficult to figure out who to ask about something as the company structure is complicated, especially when you include all the other locations around the world -Open office - when you're in a call with someone and there are people around you talking as well... -Month-end closings are crazy but that's to be expected in an RTR team

Stabilní zaměstnavatel. Dobré benefity a ohodnocení. Vstřícný a dobrý kolektiv kolegů. Pracuji pro tuto společnost již 6 rokem a nikdy jsem zde neměl žádný problém s kolegy ani s nadřízenými.
Vzhledem k mezinárodní povaze firmy je naše vedení ne vždy v obraze ohledně každodenních procesů ve firmě, avšak snaží se do Brna často jezdit a minimálně jednou týdně s nimi máme možnost konferenčního hovoru. Nemáme je však denně na očích.
