Pro pozice, kde je to možné, je stále možný dlouhodobý home office a mimo období závěrky je pracovní doba velmi flexibilní.

Jedná se o práci pro mezinárodní korporát s čímž přichází spousta nepříjemností, ale to je bohužel nevýhoda každého korporátu. Na základě pozice se s tím pak pojí možné problémy s rozdílnými časovými pásmy.

Goodies for our employees

We have a great work environment with people who really are about each other. It's more of a family than work. There are of course corporate elements to the job but it is small. Mostly you are encouraged to be independent and empowered but also to ask for help whenever needed - everyone needs help sometimes! There are also lots of opportunities to do additional activities and when there is an opportunity for promotion, you just need to put yourself forward and try! The company seems to try and promote internally whenever possible. I am very happy here and really enjoy the special fun events.

In some teams there is quite a lot of work and in others, less. It is fine for me as I enjoy working hard but it may not be for everyone.

Jako velké plus rozhodně stojí zmínit skvělé benefity - multisport karta, příspěvek na zvdělávání, flexibilní pracovní doba

Zde opravdu záleží do jakého týmu se dostanete. Ovšem poslední dobou rozhodnutí managementu na náladě nepřidávají a pramení z toho velká fluktuace velmi šikovných lidí. Určitě by stálo za zvážení individuální hodnocení členů týmu.

the flexible hours, the option to work from home. the ease at which i can approach my boss and talk about issues regarding work and the quick response.

i am entirely content with my employer, only the speeding up of IT requests however, i also understand priorities are given to urgent ones.
