I believe this is one of the rare companies that offer perfect work-life balance.
On top of that, every individual that I have come across regardless of position, feels genuine and like a person you can completely trust.
I consider myself very blessed to be working here, in terms of benefits and the overall financial package.
The two things that worry me are:
1. Is there space for growth in terms of skills, duties, positions and appropriate remuneration for all of that?
2. Will my salary be able to follow market standards and steadily grow? I am afraid the answer is negative. People nowadays switch jobs more often, not because they want to, but because they have to, to reach for a lifestyle that was the norm 20-40 years ago. Owning a home, car and not thinking too much about costs of everyday things. This is an issue of a global scale and not one company, but perhaps it is with one, two, a few companies that a revolution starts in terms of employee retention.
I would not mind working here even until retirement, only the scaling over the years is a constant worry.

Benefits are really good, overall company is a good workplace with everything it offers. Appreciate current home office even though lately they are trying to get us back to office
biggest issue is salary increase, that is almost non-existent or very inconsistent where there is no inflation balancing or anything similar done on any basis which when you work here for a long time overall makes it hard to stay. Also, we are being asked lately to be 50% of time back in office for no good reason which is also a big negative.
Jobs for people aged 50+
Most of the teams work with old technologies, knowledge you mostly get unless you are a developer is outdated or specific for COBA thus isn't very useful for young people that might want to change jobs more often for better salary options and so on. Older people can enjoy how it overall works and they no longer need to care about knowledge etc.

Mesic placene nemocenske zni na prvni pohled dobre. Zbytek prumernych a podprumernych bonusu to ale srazi. Dobre mozna pro chronicky nemocne nebo lidi co nemaj zabranu si skocit pro neschopenku.
Kancelare v centru
Placene MHD je pro spoustu lidi taky asi plus
Sliby u prijmaciho pohovoru nereflektuji realitu v bance zejmena co se tyce financniho ohodnoceni.
Neexistujici akciovy program pro bezne zamestnance, pouze pro vedeni banky.
Zadny ale naprosto zadny navyseni platu reflektujici ekonomiku nebo inflaci

I like that I have quite high level of autonomy, I can take as much responsibilities on myself as I want
It looks like that people responsible for salaries are not familiar with the concept of indexation... Inflation in country so far 12% for the last year and it is going to be higher (PPI is 25% already). My line manager has no good news about that. Hopefully this situation will change, otherwise it would be quite difficult to hold current employees.

Neochota ze strany manažera řešit návrhy a připomínky, které vnímáte a které byste chtěli změnit
Po mé zkušenosti nevhodný zaměstnavatel pro rodiče s malými dětmi, uvedená pružná pracovní doba nebyla a nebylo tedy možné pracovat na plný úvazek. V porovnání s jinými institucemi je banka v tomto směru hodně pozadu.
Zázemí pro zaměstnance v budově Jugoslávská je spíše průměrné.
