Oceňuji vstřícnost a otevřenost, rozmanitý mezinárodní kolektiv Zajímavé akce, kde se lze seznámit s novými trendy a technologiemi Nabízení volných pozic intreně - možnost změny/postupu

Empatie a lidskost managera - samozrejme je to tym od tymu, ale poprve v zivote mi opravdu prijde, ze pro naseho managera nejsme jen cisla v tabulkach. Celkove nas vnimam jako takovy korporat s atmosferou startupu. Jiste, ze je zde spousta byrokracie, bez ni to bohuzel obzvlast v bance asi ani nejde, ale procesy se postupne modernizuji a tech otravnych ubyva.
Ona zminena byrokracie. S tim souvisejici pomalejsi proces pri nasazeni a implementovani novych technologii.
Pleasant work environment
Prijemne pracovni prostredi asi vnima kazdy po svem, ale kancelare jsou celkem pekne. Najde se zde relax room, gaming room a dalsi mista, kde clovek muze nabrat energii na zbytek dne. Minusem jsou asi zachody, ktere by nejake to vylepseni urcite snesly.
Opportunity to work during studies
Commezbank je velice vstricna ke studentum, at uz pri nabirani vylozene studentskych pozic nebo vyhoveni pri castecnem uvazku, Vzdy se dalo domluvit. Skolu jsem dodelal bez problemu. Studentske pozice jsou urcite zajimave diky moznosti rotovani, studenti tak maji moznost poznat vice tymu v ramci firmy a vybrat si ten spravny pro jejich budoucnost.
