Perfektní tým kolegů. Oceňuji 6 týdnů dovolené. Výhodná poloha v centru Prahy. Flexibilní pracovní doba.

U pracoviště se nedá zaparkovat. Velký tlak na zrušení home office a návrat zaměstnanců do kanceláří. Zastaralé interiéry budovy.

In Commerzbank I work in an interesting field of IT security, where new challenges are appearing every day. Therefore the work is not boring and it is possible to learn new things every day. Challenging work that is nicely compensated and also brings several other benefits and working flexibility are the things I like the most on my job.

Since we are a big company, sometimes things take longer to communicate between different departments. However, I think that this is the standard struggle of big companies.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

The internal communication is mainly in English, however German language is commonly used as well.

Přátelská atmosféra napříč bankou Lidský přístup k zaměstnancům, vysoká míra flexibility Firma se orientuje na budoucnost a snaží se adekvátně reagovat na tržní situaci (i za cenu nepopulárních kroků) Velkorysá delegace pravomocí do nearshore lokací (Praha má skutečnou zodpovědnost za řadu procesů, nezávisle na Frankfurtu)

V digitalizaci má banka co dohánět (avšak je nutno dodat, že v této oblasti masivně investuje) Vyšší míra byrokracie uvnitř banky

-Atmosfera na pracovisti v duch "jeden za vsechny, vichni za jednoho" -Sdileni informaci -Karierni postup -Pristup nadrizenych

V teto chvili mne nic nenapada... co se nabizenych benefitu tyka, jsme vice nez srovnatelni na trhu prace v CR...
