I believe this is one of the rare companies that offer perfect work-life balance.
On top of that, every individual that I have come across regardless of position, feels genuine and like a person you can completely trust.
I consider myself very blessed to be working here, in terms of benefits and the overall financial package.
The two things that worry me are:
1. Is there space for growth in terms of skills, duties, positions and appropriate remuneration for all of that?
2. Will my salary be able to follow market standards and steadily grow? I am afraid the answer is negative. People nowadays switch jobs more often, not because they want to, but because they have to, to reach for a lifestyle that was the norm 20-40 years ago. Owning a home, car and not thinking too much about costs of everyday things. This is an issue of a global scale and not one company, but perhaps it is with one, two, a few companies that a revolution starts in terms of employee retention.
I would not mind working here even until retirement, only the scaling over the years is a constant worry.

Lidi se kterými spolupracuji, atmosféru, kterou společně vytváříme. Je to korporát, takže se vždy najde něco, na co by si šlo stěžovat, ale celkově se máme velmi dobře.
Flexibilita firmy je výrazně lepší na papíře, nicméně pravda je, že některé důležité věci se firma snaží řešit a já to oceňuji.

- No differentiation between junior and senior positions in terms of salary and job title (no salary increase for taking over a senior position; only more work; very disappointing)
- No salary increases on yearly basis, not even due to high inflation in recent months
- Extremely limited (almost non-existent) career development opportunities
- No wifi in the office
In Commerzbank I work in an interesting field of IT security, where new challenges are appearing every day. Therefore the work is not boring and it is possible to learn new things every day. Challenging work that is nicely compensated and also brings several other benefits and working flexibility are the things I like the most on my job.
Since we are a big company, sometimes things take longer to communicate between different departments. However, I think that this is the standard struggle of big companies.

V digitalizaci má banka co dohánět (avšak je nutno dodat, že v této oblasti masivně investuje)
Vyšší míra byrokracie uvnitř banky
