Oceňuji flexibilní pracovní dobu, noční směny a kolektiv lidí, s kterými se dá rozumně mluvit i o nepracovních věcech. Naopak peněžní ohodnocení je dosti chabé, ale ještě uvidím, zda mi přidají po roce v práci, jak slíbili, když mne nabírali.

Human capital. Unfortunately, the headquarters is in Ostrava, therefore all good things, benefits, etc are happening there but not in Prague. Ostrava leadership needs to start learning what that it means, in order to recognize what's the difference between boss and leader.

Ostrava leadership; Prague benefits; Prague physical environment (chairs, tables, walls, toilets, carpets, etc); no home office, and no signals trying to revert this situation. No signals to improve quality of work; no signals to have Ostrava's colleagues better paid in order to avoid the attrition and low quality of work

Skvělý pracovní kolektiv a prostředí. Nadřízení vždy vyšli vstříc. Avšak mzda velice nízká oproti jiným zaměstnavatelům.
