Nejvíce jsme si cenil možnosti pracovat v mezinárodní firmě, díky čemuž jsme se zlepšil v angličtině. Dále možnosti rozvíjet své schopnosti a přístupu k zajímavému vybavení.

Uvolnit pravidla ohledně secure workspace. Platové ohodnocení. Vzdělávání se i v rámci pracovní doby.

Ze dava sanci i lidem bez praxe a vse potrebne je nauci.

Benefity a to konkretne pruznou prwcovni dobu a moznost prace z domu, tzv. home office. U teto pocitacove prace to neni zadny problem a umozni to pracovat i lidem s detmi doma, lidem na nemocenske.

Moznosti karierniho rozvoje mnoha smery. Vyuziti cizich jazyku. Moznost zapojit se do chodu firmy v ruznych oblastech, kdyz ma clovek zajem. Ferovy pristup vsech lidi, se kterymi jsem kdy jednal.

Spoluprace se zakaznikem je nekdy slozita. Vetsi samostatnost OKINu v ramci klicoveho rozhodovani by prospela.

nebylo čeho si vážit,jednoduše to fungovalo tak že,dělej a dři chceš li nějak žít nebo můžeš jít,hlavně drž hubu a krok,

lidskost a vstřícnost vůči podřízeným,nadřízení dávali podřízeným vědět a i pocítit že jsou nadřízený.
