Velmi dobrý zaměstnavatel, max. podpora, korektní jednání, možnost pracovat s novou technologii, rád bych zůstal i nadále zaměstnancem OKINU.

Complex tasks

Práce není jednotvárná, jde v podstatě o službu a komunikaci s klientem, která často není jednoduchá a vyžaduje trpělivost a dokázat vždy nalézt řešení. Klient tak získává pocit komfortu a pohodli. Často se staráme o objekty, které klient nedostatečně v minulosti spravoval je zde velký dluh na údržbě. Zajišťovat na takových objektech FM vyžaduje velké nároky na údržbu a zajištění právních a normativních požadavků. Naopak práce v FM je velmi zajímavá a kreativní kde získáváte neustále nové možnosti , profesní růst , technické dovednosti a přehled.
