daji sanci na slusny zivot v danem miste temer (cisty rejstrik) uplne vsem, kteri umi, co je prave treba a jsou ochotni se cas od casu prizpusobit.

v okinu se casto veci meni, proto bych chtel zmenit tohle, aby se veci tak casto nemenily. ja bych chtel, aby byl okin vetsi, aby mel alespon 2x vic zamestnancu, aby naslo u nas jeste vice lidi praci a poznali tu pohodu a aby se u nas (MS kraj) lidi zivili spis hlavou nez rukama.

In OKIN there is a chance to learn a lot of new things. Colleagues, superiors and HR are very helpful and if there is conflict all talk about it and try to agree on a solution. You can speak freely and express your opinion. There is plenty of chances to work on interesting projects, be part of teams who take care of company´s spirit and growth within the company either horizontally as well as vertically. Or you can stay in the position you are happy with and just built on existing skills. It has its negatives as any other employers, there are always pros and cons but all in all, OKIN offers a very friendly and international environment with plenty of opportunity for anyone.

There is always space for improvement, and we still need to work improving ourselves and not to stay stuck in one space. It would be silly to say that we are perfect as no one is perfect, just different.

Cenim si feroveho pristupu a toho, ze dokazou lidem vyjit vstric na zaklade jejich potreb a naslouchaji. Davaji karierni prilezitost i studentum a lidem bez vysokoskolskeho vzdelani nebo bez praxe. Skvely skolici system a schopnost rychleho zauceni novacku. Moznost dalsiho sebevzdelavani a certifikaci.

Firma by potrebovala lepsi prodejce/sales, kteri by byli schopni pro firmu najit nove zakazniky a zakazky. Jinak z pohledu zamestnance nevidim momentalne nic ke zlepseni.

Otevřenost, upřímnost, snaha prosadit se, snaha dodat to nejlepší zákazníkům, příležitost i pro začínající ihned po škole (SŠ nebo VŠ), zájem o lidi, neustálá snaha své lidi zlepšovat a motivovat k poznání sebe sama a lepším výkonům, je to firma, která umí vyškolit zkušené specialisty a nastartovat jejich IT budoucnost
