Cením si obrovských možnosti rozvoje, rotací, posunutí svých znalostí, získání odborných certifikací zdarma, možnost absolvovat různá školení včetně jazykových. Když člověk chce, může změnit spoustu věcí a posunout se v mnoha směrech.
