Rozumím si s nejbližšími kolegy. Líbí se mi možnost pracovat v hybridním režimu. Náplň práce mě velmi baví.

Zatím jsem si ničeho pro mě závažného nevšimla.

Na PCT se mi líbí, že jako zaměstnavatel podporuje další vzdělávání. Spolupracuji se skvělými a kompetentními kolegy, a stále se něco nového děje :-). Zaměstnanecké benefity jsou už jen třešničkou na dortu.

Dobrý pracovní atmosféra, příjemní kolegové, zajímavá práce

Není stejný metr pro všechny sekce. Nesoustředění na celek vyvolává zbytečné soupeření sekcí

Nejvíce jsem spokojena s firemní kulturou. Jedná se o sofistikované a příjemné prostředí. Všichni kolegové jsou opravdu milí a to je potom radost chodit do práce. Zaměstnavatel nabízí možnost zajištění multisport karty, příspěvek na důchodové pojištění a spoustu dalších benefitů.

Z podstaty mé pozice se jedná o větší míru stresu, ale já říkám, kdo se bojí stresu, ať nechodí do lesů marketingu.
