Všeobecně zdravá atmosféra a vztahy mezi kolegy. Práce s talentovanými zaměstnanci, snaha firmy budovat si kmenové zaměstnance s dlouhodobou perspektivou. Zajímavé bonusy, osobně nejvíce oceňuji možnost navštěvovat objekty ve správě Společnosti a různé další kulturní instituce.
