Zapojení do velkých projektů, možnost dokoupit 8 dnů volna navíc z kafeterie, flexibilita ohledně místa výkonu práce (kdekoliv v rámci ČR), flexibilita časová, nízké nároky na výkon

Korporátní zahlcení nepodstatnými informacemi, které se valí ze všech stran. Velmi těžké zapracování, téměř nemožné. Nutnost udržovat si povědomí o balastu, za který vás ale nezaplatí, protože nemá přidanou hodnotu pro firmu. Probíhající transformace s reorganizací, které vnáší zmatek a vyrábí práci, odvádí pozornost od podstatného.

No overtime

Tlak na výkon ve firmě není. Tlak na váš karierní růst ve firmě není. Většina úkolů nespěchá, spíše firma ocení, když se vám podaří proniknout do pracovní problematiky specifické pro firmu. To je běh na dlouhou trať, na kterou potřebujete čistou odpočinutou hlavu, a firma to ví.
