Nejvíce oceňuji pracovní prostředí a spolupráci mezi kolegy. Velmi zajímavá a pestrá je i nabídka benefitů. Také školení a vzdělávání zaměstnanců je na vysoké úrovni.

Úplně nejsem občas spokojená s tím, že naši divizi v ČR hodně ovlivňují rozhodnutí pro celý region střední Evropy. Tato rozhodnutí pro nás občas nejsou až tak přínosná.

Siemens Mobility je zaměstnavatelem, který pečuje o své zaměstnance, váží si jejich práce, podporuje je, vzdělává a posouvá vpřed. Work-Life Balance je koncept, který je ze strany zaměstnavatele podporován a považován za důležitý.
