- Otevřený přístup - "všichni na jedné lodi" - Benefity, extra sick-days - Snaha zavádět nové technologie a dávat prostor pro vzdělávání

- byrokracie na projektech (nezbytná kontrola kvality) - velká vzdálenost od koncového zákazníka - korporátní hierarchie velkých projektů a podřízených sub-projektů vede k těžkopádnosti v plánování a realizaci a malé flexibilitě

lidé jsou motivovaní, odpovědní, jde jim o věc, většinou je práce baví a jsou pro ni zapálení.

mohl by být kvalitnější mentoring, přehlednější možnosti používání aplikací a různých toolu zjednodušujících práci, možná proškolení ze strany IT...
