Prostředí, atmosféra, home office, parkování v garážích, velmi dobré vztahy
delší dojezdová vzdálenost z bydliště, lze smysluplně dojíždět pouze autem

Kolegové
Předávání znalostí nováčkům v nově vznikajícím oddělení, hlavně z KODE na KOCR. Studijní informace - spoustu informací na různých místech, těžko dohledat, jestli vůbec. Informace většinou v hlavách lidí, kteří tu jsou déle. O týden více dovolené (tj. mít 6 týdnů a nikoliv 5)

zajímavá práce, skvělý kolektiv, vstřícné a férové jednaní nadřízeného a celé společnosti, lze snadno skloubit se soukromým životem
málo benefitů ve srovnaní s konkurenčními firmami. Např. 13.plat, zaměstnanecká platební karta s příspěvky na dovolenou, vánoční odměny, vyšši penzijní připojištění atd.
