nedostatečné používání zasedacích místností. často i skupina lidí sedící vedle sebe má meeting s někým jinde, a sedí na svých místech, tím ruší ty co nemeetingují.

Celková spokojenost, slušný přístup zaměstnavatele, zajímavá práce
O peníze jde "až v první řadě". Ač osobně jsem velmi spokojen, vnímám nespokojenost s finančními benefity které jiné, okolní firmy v automotive mají. Můj názor je, že kdyby aspoň symbolická částka byla poskytnuta před dovolenými a na konci roku, zlepšilo by se nazírání na toto téma.

S prací a lidmi okolo projektu..
S hodnocením, firma je velký světový korporát a v Praze by mohl člověk s praxi, jako já dostat více peněz, za stejnou práci.
