Zajimavá práce v Automotive. Stabilní společnost s jasným cílem.
Bohužel si většinu peněž rozdělí nic nedělající managment a na obyčejného vývojáře zbyde almužna. O cca 20% nižší platy oproti konkurenci.

S prací a lidmi okolo projektu..
S hodnocením, firma je velký světový korporát a v Praze by mohl člověk s praxi, jako já dostat více peněz, za stejnou práci.

dobrá mzda parkovací stání v garáži kantýna v budově 2 monitory k práci možnost pracovat z kanceláře a nebýt na homeofficu lokalita dobrá káva, velký výběr čajů
komunikace s nadřízeným projektové řízení - někdo pracuje na pěti projektech zároveň, někdo pouze na jednom nerovnoměrné rozdělení práce - firmu táhne pár seniornějších zaměstnanců a ostatní, hlavně nováčci, nemají přiřazenou práci, popř. dostávají rutinní úkoly nedostatečná integrace nováčků do chodu týmu po zkušební době přeřazení na jinou pozici bez možnosti diskuze firemní kultura - někteří zaměstnanci mají řeči nehodící se do pracovního prostředí
Order and rules
Automobilový průmysl je v tomto dost zkostnatělý - na vše jsou přesně dané postupy, metriky, od kterých se nelze odchylit. Navíc má firma pípačky a každá pauza se odečítá z pracovní doby.
Non-stressful work
Firma má zajeté neměnné postupy. Žádných inovací se zde nedočkáte.
