Lidskost, preciznost a nadhled ve všech situacích (R&D oddělení).

My manager consistently emphasizes positive aspects and never fails to express gratitude for the work done. He has attentively listened to and addressed all of my requests, ensuring they were resolved or supported.
As a small improvement - It would be greatly appreciated if the HR department occasionally checked the feedback regarding working conditions. Like a simple questionnary for everyone. (Like this one :) )

Možná bych ocenil alespoň třeba možnost 3-5 dní / rok sickleave. Ale to se dá řešit pomocí home office

- Homeoffice
Nabídka a druh benefitů neodpovídá součastnosti / poptávce. Jazyk, Multisportka. Teda jen pokud to jeden využívá, jinak to benefity nejsou. Dnes se nabízí daleko více benefitů a s daleko větším výběrem. Tady Kostal zaspal dobu, tak o 10 let. Přeci jen, už to není jen výrobní společnost v průmyslové zóně maloměsta.
