My manager consistently emphasizes positive aspects and never fails to express gratitude for the work done. He has attentively listened to and addressed all of my requests, ensuring they were resolved or supported.
As a small improvement - It would be greatly appreciated if the HR department occasionally checked the feedback regarding working conditions. Like a simple questionnary for everyone. (Like this one :) )
