Oceňuji dobrou spolupráci s kolegy, práci v týmu, kde jsou mladí i startší kolegové. V rámci možností lze s vedoucím domluvit pružnou pracovní dobu a práci doma. Jako benefit oceňuji možnost práce z domova, příspěvek na stravu a společné sportovní a jiné akce organizované firmou nebo přímo mezi zaměstnanci.
Jako benefit by byl dobrý příspěvek na práci z domova - energie.

skvělý team, chápavé a vstřícné vedení. Za celou svou kariéru jsem neviděl firmu, která by si takto hlídala platy zaměstnanců (V dobrém slova smyslu) a automaticky valorizovala.

i am learning a lot, in very good atmospheric workplace, with a professional supervisor.
1-can you improve the workplace through dedicating room for meditation, so we will be able to recharge our power and refresh our mind without the need to go home. 2- innovating a new benefit which make the company more unique, in other word, more attractive for both of national and foreign employees. 3-Try to take into consideration the culture of foreign employees. I think that it will bring more productivity and quality time to the company, and will affect positively all employees (=more productivity).
