Snaha vyhovět, vyslechnutí názoru

Chtělo by to více komunikace, přidat na mzdě a víc se soustředit na zpětnou vazbu zaměstnanců

Drive jsem si cenil otevrenosti k novym napadum. Dnes uz tomu tak neni.

Urcite chovani k zamestnancum, vynechal bych podpasovky typu vytykaci dopisy pri odchodu z firmy. Meli by si vice vazit zamestnancu, kteri ve firme vydrzeli nekolik let. Nenabiral bych na dulezite pozice arogantni lidi.

Líbí se mi velký rozsah dostupných školení a neformální atmosféra

Firmě chybí vize a žene se jen za penězi - peníze samotné jsou vizí firmy.
