Oceňuji přístup zaměstnavatele k oznámení o podání výpovědi

Hodinové ohodnocení bylo velmi nízké na úroveň a množství přidělené práce Chování jednoho kolegy vůči mé osobě bylo ponižující (ostatní kolegové ale byli milí, obzvlášť zaměstnavatel)

Slevové kupóny pro zaměstnance, dva nápoje zdarma na směně, oceňuji hlavně možnost plánování směn podle mých možností. Člověk se naučí postupně všechno a práce rychle utíká. Hodně kontaktu s lidmi a kolegové jsou v pohodě.

Někdy přetěžování jednoho člověka zatímco ostatní nevidí potřebnou práci. Zbytečné honění se za dobrými časy místo za správností objednávky a spokojenosti zákazníků. Mohlo by být více peněz.

Naučil jsem se práci v týmu, i když moji kolegové jsou ne vždy féroví

Po zhruba půl roce jsem dostal “povýšení” a zvýšení platu. Po pár dnech jsem se jen dozvěděl, že mi dali novou nástupní sazbu a více povinností
