Kolegové byli příjemní

Nadřízení se nechovali nejlépe k nám brigadníkům, chovali se povrchně. Ne všichni manažeři byli takoví, někteří byli v pořádku, ale co se týče hlavní vedoucí, tak jsem se kvůli ní cítila dost nekomfortně v práci.

Výhodou jsou určitě firemní kultura - časté akce, tykání si, hodně se dbá na respekt a slušnost mezi kolegy, neurazí samozřejmě benefitní karta s výhodnými slevami. Je to stresující práce, ale odměňující se správným kolektivem, který spolupracuje a snaží se být fungujícím týmem.

Oproti konkurenci asi finanční ohodnocení a vysokým náborem hlavně přes léto nedostatečný trénink nováčků.

Byla jsem moc spokojená s prostředím, ve kterém jsem pracovala. Moji spolupracovníci byli přátelští, slušní, podporovali mě. Byli spíš mými přáteli, než kolegy.

Tempo práce bylo opravdu dost rychlé. Taky děláte pořád to samé, pořád tím stejným způsobem.

Oceňovala jsem soudružnost a férovost jak zaměstnanců,brigádníků,ale i vedení. Naučila jsem se práci která mě velmi bavila. Často myslím na ty dny kdy jsem pracovala u McDonald's
