Skvělý kolektiv a férový přístup. Fajn pracovní prostředí, rozumné vedení firmy/nadřízený, se kterým se dá domluvit. Práce je hodně, ale nikdy jsem neměla pocit, že bych za mnou odvedenou práci nebyl ohodnocen. V sezoně je těžší si brát dovolenou, ale i to jde, při nahlášení dost dopředu.
Složité postupy a procesy, ale otázka jestli to v tak velké firmě jako je Invia jde jinak.

-dobrý start pro lidi bez praxe - fajn kolektiv - možnost přesunu na jinou pozici
- tragický systém ohodnocení - moc práce za málo peněz - časté přesčasy - neváží si svých zaměstnanců, pokud se Vám něco nelíbí, ukážou Vám rádi dveře - neustálý tlak, jak ze strany nadřízeného, tak od lidí
