pro mě je největší benefit práce z domova, mohla jsem se tak vrátit do rodného města a neřešit jinou pracovní pozici. a povedlo se mi naprosto bez problémů při zaměstnání dodělat vysokou školu

příjemné benefity, možnost plánovat volný čas, práce s lidmi která mě naplňuje, díky tomu co dělám objevuji nové vědci ...
velmi často nefunkční MDA či jeho části, často přetížený internet a tím pádem nefunkční katalog a celková práce s PC, nastavení některých procesů které stěžují práci, nastavení bonusového systému tak, že se cítím více pojišťovacím agentem než prodejcem zájezdů, složitý, nepřehledný a neférový systém asistencí a dořešitelů.

Plno lidem zaměstnavatel může vyhovovat, já jsem ovšem zvyklý na jiný standard. To, co je zde bráno jako “benefit” je jinde zcela přirozené. Ovšem, s čím jsem opravdu spokojen je v zásadě kamarádství na pracovišti (ne nutně s přímými kolegy). S těmi přímými je to poněkud horší.
Zastaralost společnosti, přístup developmentu (tady se s vývojářema zachází opravdu v rukavičkách), struktura společnosti je klasické “h… padá zeshora”, tvrdě se tu dodržuje “já jsem manager a ty jsi moje ruce”
