Jedná se o státní podnik, tudíž o jistotu a rozvoj a rovněž je to perspektivní pozice, jelikož železniční doprava bude vždy, a vždy bude vyžadovat lidský faktor pro spolehlivou funkci. Všichni mají stejné možnosti, jako druzí, prakticky zde neexistuje závist, protože všichni mohou mít vše, když pro to vyvinou úsilí. Přátelský kolektiv avšak nevýhodou je zde velká, opravdu velká zodpovědnost.
