I feel I work with many knowledgeable people and I love that there are plenty of interesting projects. I am content with my compensation and offered benefits

I don't appreciate that only several people are having permanent contract. Many employees are hired only for limited periods, at least 30% of workforce is from outsourced agencies. This is creating uncertainty about the future and doesn't help to build the trust with the employer

Velmi příjemné pracovní prostředí, které vytváří především lidé. Všichni jsou velmi milí, přívětivý a mezinárodní prostředí dává prostor poznání zajímavých lidí, poznání mnoho kultur a různých postojů. Komunikace z mé zkušenosti funguje skvěle, a to jak v rámci našeho týmu, tak i napříč organizací s dalšími zaměstnanci. Relativně velký prostor pro iniciativu, inovace a nové nápady, postoje a přístupy.

Některé schvalovací procesy zbytečně zdlouhavé, některé procesy stále velmi křehké a nejasně nastavené.

V Sandozu oceňuji férové mzdy a velmi nadstandardní benefity, včetně možnosti čerpat další pracovní volno. Velmi si vážím také skvělé spolupráce napříč lokální i mezinárodní úrovní. Každý den se tu naučím něco nového, což mě profesně posouvá dál.

Workload může být místy náročný, zvlášť když se priority rychle mění. Plány bývají na začátku nastavené dobře, ale často se výrazně upravují za pochodu, což komplikuje práci i prioritizaci. Díky podpoře týmu se to dá zvládnout, ale do budoucna by pomohlo kdyby manažment nastavil stabilnější plánování a jasnější směr.

Good salary and workload for work/life balance, nice colleagues, professional. Multisport card paid by the company
