Departments do not collaborate across the company. Most of the SSC is being moved to India, and the quality of work reflects that. The roles are completely reversed — the commercial part is now supporting the SSC. Poor salary compensation. No progress in processes. The company is not open to new ideas or revisiting existing setups. Poor communication, starting from leadership. Basic courtesy in communication is missing (such as greetings, please, thank you). A typically “Czech-style” company with uncultured behavior.

Good salary and workload for work/life balance, nice colleagues, professional. Multisport card paid by the company

The company/teams are still finding their feet so some processes/tasks are not straightforward or efficient to the max. However there is opportunity to give your opinion and help improve.

Good work-life balance. Incentives to be innovative and take on large tasks. Multicultural environment. Good workspace and equipment.

Hybrid working model is preferable to a traditional workweek but minimizes workplace culture. I don't know most of my colleagues and have not met many of them in person. This makes for a somewhat lonely environment, and can make it difficult to find someone when you need to.

V Sandozu oceňuji férové mzdy a velmi nadstandardní benefity, včetně možnosti čerpat další pracovní volno. Velmi si vážím také skvělé spolupráce napříč lokální i mezinárodní úrovní. Každý den se tu naučím něco nového, což mě profesně posouvá dál.

Workload může být místy náročný, zvlášť když se priority rychle mění. Plány bývají na začátku nastavené dobře, ale často se výrazně upravují za pochodu, což komplikuje práci i prioritizaci. Díky podpoře týmu se to dá zvládnout, ale do budoucna by pomohlo kdyby manažment nastavil stabilnější plánování a jasnější směr.
