I've been with the company for one month only but I'm very keen to share my experience. My journey with Sandoz started with the recruitment process: I got response and interview scheduled within 4 days after I applied (WOW) and I met 5 different interviewers during the process. How they were prepared, how they interacted was the main reason I accepted the offer (ok, the compensation package as well played a role :-) ). I'm impressed with how collaborative, knowledgeable and supportive the team is. The amount of information and work might be overwhelming for some - it's very dynamic; but it is the best time to join the company as everyone has a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's future success. Hybrid/flexible working is a must nowadays and I'm glad how Sandoz approaches it vs forcing "the importance of watercooler conversations" in the office like some other companies do. Overall, I feel inspired by where the company goes, there are regular connects with the leadership as well which gives you a feeling of inclusion and awareness of the key decisions made. My manager is very supportive and one of the most knowledge persons I've met in my professional life. I'm a happy employee and do recommend Sandoz to all my friends.

There are expected hiccups - lots of ambiguity, some teams are still defining the ways of working, current office capacity is limited as we are waiting to move to the new building but this is normal during the transition and should be resolved in no time.

It’s a wonderful start-up style environment, for those who enjoy high energy, projects, initiatives. Lots of opportunities to learn and work on interesting assignments, while keeping a balance with the private life. Good benefits offering.

You can be heard; the managers really listen to your feedback. People oriented. People are treating each other fairly regardless the seniority.
